Your mission

This is a player-manager Demand-Gen Lead role suited to an ambitious marketer ready to own our inbound engine. You'll lead demand-generation strategy while executing campaigns yourself-optimising our website and funnel, running content-driven acquisition, and supporting major product launches. Experience in sports, fitness, or sports-technology is a strong plus.

The role is based in Boston or ideal for someone willing to relocate to Boston and work closely with our US commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own demand generation across web, SEO, CRO, content, paid acquisition and inbound campaigns.
  • Build lead magnets, webinars, nurture flows, and segmented messaging.
  • Support major product launches through coordinated PR, content, and creative campaigns.
  • Develop nurture and warm-outbound systems plus mid/BOFU assets (case studies, ROI tools, demos).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams; coordinate contractors/agencies.
  • Lead event and activation marketing including major brand collaborations
  • Own and measure funnel performance and report on campaign impact.

  • Collaborative, high-quality marketing execution supporting global expansion.


Your profile

Essential
  • Boston-based or willing to relocate to Boston
  • 3+ years in B2B demand gen, growth, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience owning inbound funnels, CRM/automation (HubSpot experience strong plus), and website optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and develop a marketing function and its team members.
  • Strong communication, creative, organisation, and executional skills.

Preferred
  • Experience in sports performance, fitness, or sports-tech.
  • Passionate about strength and conditioning and fitness and open to using Output in your training
