Electrical Project Manager

We're helping a well-established electrical contractor in the Twin Cities area find an experienced Project Manager. This person will handle commercial design-build projects from estimating through completion. The right candidate will know how to lead crews, manage budgets and schedules, and keep customers happy while getting the job done right.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish
- Oversee design-build work per NEC and all electrical standards
- Direct field teams and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Schedule and plan work to stay on time and on budget
- Maintain communication with owners, engineers, and architects
- Visit job sites as needed and ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Stay current on electrical codes, technology, and best practices
- Handle customer service and problem-solving as needed
- 4+ years of experience in electrical design and/or project management
- Strong knowledge of commercial or design-build electrical work
- Familiar with NEC and electrical construction codes
- CAD experience a plus
- Experience with Accubid estimating software preferred
- Solid organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
