Technical Business Analyst - Data Engineering Focus
Experience Required: 4-10 years
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Atlanta (Hybrid) 1 day onsite 4 remote
Duration: 4 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into data queries and visualizations
• Support data engineering tasks including querying, transforming, and presenting data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accessible and actionable
• Work closely with client teams to understand and support tools like Amplitude and Databricks
• Assist in system and database navigation, troubleshooting, and support
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data platforms
• Familiarity with Amplitude or other product analytics tools (nice-to-have)
• Solid understanding of databases and data visualization best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• SQL/Data Analysis/Engineering, Business Analysis background/capabilities, strong client communication.
Good to have
• Databricks nice to have.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to grow into broader responsibilities
