What we are looking for:

In our Skilled Nursing Community we need LPNs who will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents.  Our LPNs are required to:

  • Hold a current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
  • Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
  • Provide leadership and direction to CNAs
