A boutique investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate with experience in Private Equity project management IR to join their dynamic team in the San Francisco area. This individual will work closely with senior IR professionals and contribute to a wide range of client-facing and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in client service, alternative investments, and long-term relationship building. This role offers opportunities to take ownership of select accounts, support business development efforts, and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Collateral Management: Maintain and update fund marketing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and sales documents.
  • DDQs and RFPs: Own and manage the firm's Q&A platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of responses to client questionnaires and ad hoc requests.
  • Investor Roadshows: Support planning and execution of investor meetings across regions, including scheduling, logistics, follow-ups, and participation.
  • CRM Oversight: Manage the CRM database to ensure clean data, track client activity, and generate reports. Analyze meeting notes to identify trends and propose action items.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client service or investor relations within investment management; exposure to private equity IR required.
  • Highly reliable and proactive, with the ability to anticipate team and client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities with minimal oversight.
