Our firm is rapidly expanding and we are looking for an experienced financial advisor to advise our clients and help them make smart, profitable decisions to meet their financial goals. We are looking for someone with a proven success record advising long-term clients, with superb math, analysis, and customer service skills. If this sounds like a fit for your expertise, start your application today Responsibilities: • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations • Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations such as life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products • Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise. • Leverage Vista Wealth Solution's robust network of specialists, including tax, estate planning, business development, and wealth management teams. • Utilize advanced digital tools to manage your business efficiently and provide enhanced transparency to clients. • Maintain all necessary licenses and adhere to compliance standards. Qualifications: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • 2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role. • Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 (or willingness to obtain). • Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills. • Commitment to ethical, client-centered advice. Compensation: $70,000
