Job Summary:

We’re looking for a high-energy Solar Sales Closer who thrives on closing deals and making an impact. This role is for a proven closer who can confidently walk a homeowner through the solar process, handle objections, and seal the deal.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads

Present customized solar solutions to homeowners based on their energy needs

Handle objections with confidence and guide the homeowner through the full sales process

Close deals and manage documentation with precision and professionalism

Work closely with sales team and appointment setters to maximize conversion rates

Stay up to date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends

Represent the company brand with integrity and a consultative approach

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales (solar sales or high-ticket sales preferred)

Strong closing skills — must be confident, persuasive, and coachable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Must be able to work full-time (40+ hours/week)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for in-home sales)

Basic tech proficiency (Zoom, CRM systems, e-signature platforms)
