Qualifications: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Job seekers must have an insurance license • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations You need to be a leader who has the following traits: • Competitive • Enterprising • Coachable • Communicative • Self-disciplined • Authentic Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly

$55,000-$80,000 per year
