Specialized Business/Systems Analyst IV

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
- Level IV 10+ Years
- Testing experience specifically end to end is needed, knowledge around service delivery and construction process
- Ability to learn quickly and move swiftly
- Innovative- looking for someone who will make testing processes more efficient vs just do the work
