Insight Global is looking for a Financial Operations Project Manager for one of our large financial clients. This individual will be embedded in a high-impact environment focused on delivering regulatory and industry-driven change initiatives across the organization. The role will center around managing large-scale programs and projects that affect people, processes, and technology-particularly those tied to DTCC Clearing and Settlements flows. This person will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, including planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking. They'll work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and legal to ensure all change efforts are executed with precision and in alignment with enterprise standards. We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, highly organized, and confident leading complex initiatives independently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping projects on track. This role will be located at our client's facility in Charlotte, NC with a 3 day in-office hybrid work schedule.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years in a Project or Program Management role
o Experience in financial services
o Experience managing large and complex programs
o Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and priorities
• Subject-matter expertise in Global Markets or Global Operations (within a bank/financial institution) lines of business - specifically with knowledge/experience of Settlements flows and DTCC Clearing processes/protocols
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal
• Strong grasp of change management - ability to "see around corners" and how regulatory/industry changes external to a firm could impact our client directly (and how to approach said change)
• Self-starter, independent worker who can take charge and run with projects/programs with minimal supervision and oversight

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience working in Global Markets operations at a large financial institution
