Senior Business Systems Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability working with business/functional leads to understand the business process flows and source system (SAP/SFDC) dependencies.
- Experience collecting requirements and artifacts for data model design and implementation.
- bility to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Validate the accuracy and relevance of the models by analyzing their outputs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to business users, addressing their questions and concerns related to data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of Data quality and governance best practices/methodologies
- Create and maintain user guides, reference manuals, and training materials as appropriate.
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role.
- Prior experience working with Finance and Billing data (Quote to Cash, GL)
- Prior experience in at least one ERP systems is preferred (SAP, Oracle or SFDC).
- Experience creating visualizations with Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
