Front Desk Agent

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a warm and comfortable stay. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate, timely information-all while delivering exceptional hospitality with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest questions and concerns courteously
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
