  • Menu Development and Planning:
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate menus, considering customer preferences and dietary needs.
    • Stay updated on food trends and culinary techniques.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage food and beverage inventory, including ordering, storage, and stock control.
    • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for customers.
    • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor and control food and beverage costs.
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Experience in menu development and cost control.
  • Ability to manage staff and build a high-performing team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
