**Our client, located in St. Cloud, MN, is seeking two Senior Business Analysts; one contractor and one direct-hire. This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule: remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence required Tuesdays through Thursdays in St. Cloud. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.**

The Senior Business Analyst leads full project lifecycle efforts, gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting solution adoption. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in technology, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, shaping and delivering technology solutions aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead full project lifecycle activities including feasibility assessments, scope definition, planning, execution, and change management.
  • Gather and document business requirements through interviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.
  • Develop QA/testing plans, training materials, and process documentation to support adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly through verbal, written, and visual formats.
  • Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and guide value-focused decision-making.
  • Manage communication plans, lead meetings, and provide timely updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with a major ERP system.
  • Proven success in gathering business requirements and executing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Visio or similar business process definition tools.
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and basic SQL skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder expectations with project constraints.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays in St. Cloud, MN).
