**Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Days**

Join our team in Gilbertsville, PA, for a 13•week contract as a Home Health RN. Work 40 hours a week providing in•home patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.
• Document using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS, completing records daily.
• Manage 20•25 cases weekly, achieving 26•28 productivity points.
• Attend weekly in•person office meetings.
• Be flexible to float and meet weekend requirements.

**Qualifications:**

• Valid PA or compact RN License.
• BLS certification.
• 2+ years of home health experience with HCHB/OASIS proficiency.
• Experience with Oasis E documentation post•January 2023.

**Details:**

• No on•call or overtime.
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile.
• Flexible scrub color.
• 2•3 days of orientation.
