Global Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Global Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare ledger entries with earning, deductions, and employer taxes
- Negotiate and manage service levels of international payroll processors
- Assists in month end close process, creating and booking journal entries as required
- Work in conjunction with management on financial analysis related to payroll costs and other related projects as that may arise.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of ERP (Microsoft D365 preferred) or similar financial software
- Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization
Experience:
- Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, retail store and online retail sales, Foreign Currency (FX), and Tax Compliance.
- Understanding of global business accounting including, domestic and international payroll
- Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization
