This firm offers the feel of a small, relationship-driven practice with the professional depth of a full-service public accounting firm. The team supports a wide variety of individual and business clients, emphasizing practical, personalized service over long hours or rigid structure.
The Role
As a Tax Senior, you'll work across a broad range of tax engagements - including individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and trusts - while collaborating directly with managers and partners. You'll play a key role in preparing and reviewing returns, assisting with planning projects, and mentoring staff in a flexible, hybrid environment that respects your time outside of work.
This firms client base is approximately 55% Individual/HNW Individuals, 25% trusts, 15% businesses, and remaining in gift tax, estates, etc.
What You'll Bring
- Active CPA license (required)
- 3-6 years of recent public accounting experience in tax
- Strong generalist background across entity types
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
- Hybrid flexibility - in-office collaboration with remote work options
- 401(k) plan + profit sharing
- Paid overtime or the option to roll overtime hours into PTO
- $500/month health stipend in lieu of a traditional plan
