Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Assistant Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled CFO Assistant with expertise in accounting, finance, reporting, and executive support. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, be experienced with NetSuite, and be capable of handling executive assistant responsibilities. This role involves managing financial reports, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.
  • NetSuite & Accounting Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
