Role Description:
- Contributes and provides input to the development/ implementation projects.
- Work with BSAs in requirements gathering, configuration & development, review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation.
- Lead, drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information.
- Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Good knowledge in Oracle Core HR, Time and Labor and Payroll modules
- Good knowledge in Oracle Journeys Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
- Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
- Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM.
- Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
- Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
- Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
- Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
- Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
- Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS
