Senior Tax Analyst

A growing, employee-centric client of ours is highly motivated to find a Senior Tax Analyst. You'll work on high-impact projects and play a key role in their tax compliance and provision needs. They pride themselves on having a great work life balance and you will only be on-site twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns, estimates, extensions, and forecasts
- Support tax compliance and provision processes using advanced corporate tax knowledge
- Review and prepare complex consolidated federal and state tax filings
- Apply ASC 740 principles to prepare income tax accrual calculations
- Audit quarterly estimated payments and extensions prepared by junior staff
- Understand tax filing requirements for foreign operations
- Conduct tax research and draft memorandums to support filing positions and strategic initiatives
- Stay current on changes in tax law and accounting standards
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate income tax preparation
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax provisions and consolidated federal/state returns
- Proficiency with tax software and research tools (e.g., ONESOURCE, CCH, RIA, BNA)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
