Job Overview:

KR Companies, a leader in residential construction services, is seeking reliable and motivated CDL-A Driver to join our Logistics & Operations team. We are looking to hire two full-time drivers with a CDL Class A license who are eager to work 50-60 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Note: Local driving

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to various job sites
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal operation and compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while on the road and at delivery sites
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and job site personnel
• Represent KR Companies professionally with clients, vendors, and the public
• Support the Logistics & Operations team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A license required
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work 50-60 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent driving record with no major violations
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, loading, securing loads)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to punctuality and meeting delivery deadlines
