Job Details:
  • Position: CNA / HHA / PCA
  • Schedule: Flexible shifts - day, evening, nights and weekends available
  • Pay: Competitive rates based on experience (paid biweekly via direct deposit)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to enroll in our PCA training program)
  • Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
