Software Engineer, New Grad

With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.
You'll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.
At Netic, we build features that put AI in the hands of real businesses. As an new grad, you'll have a dedicated mentor to guide you through the end-to-end process of supporting customers, shipping features, and iterating quickly.
We are hiring for new grads available to start in Summer of 2026 or earlier.
What You'll Do:
- Build agentic AI products: Design, code, and ship full-stack features for Netic's AI platform, within days.
- Own projects end-to-end: Drive projects from spec to production, handling data models, APIs, frontend polish, and postlaunch iteration.
- Cocreate with customers: Work closely with our customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into features that stick.
- Fullstack fluency: Increase familiarity with React, TypeScript, Python; experience with databases and cloud infrastructure.
- AI experience: You'll be handson with LLMs, working with state of the art models and infra.
- Founderlevel ownership: You'll see what it takes to run a successful startup, balancing scrappiness with creativity and technical excellence.
