SUMMARY:

The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Treasury group with corporate-wide Treasury related activities.

Specific responsibilities may include:
  • Treasury cash desk: Primary/Secondary responsibilities for initiating properly authorized daily wires & ACH transfers; review/monitor daily bank accounts for suspicious activities; and maintain daily target balances for company's bank accounts
  • Provide support as needed for: Capital structure activities, cash forecasting processes, automation of daily cash management activities, letter of credit portfolio, leasing and real estate related activities, and other strategic treasury activities
  • Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting: Work with financial reporting and corporate accounting on monthly and quarterly closing activities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent with an emphasis on treasury or financial analysis; exposure to SAP and banking portals is preferred but not required; Software testing and implementation is highly desirable; Must bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role
  • Computer Skills: Requires intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key management leadership at all levels
  • Travel: Minimal travel may be required
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
