Job Title: Order Picker - Carpet & Flooring Sample Facility
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift (8-hour shifts)

Job Summary:
We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers in a carpet and flooring sample production facility. The ideal candidate will assist with locating, selecting, and preparing carpet and flooring samples for shipment. Some experience in warehouse or production environments is a plus, but not required - we're willing to train the right person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and prepare orders according to work orders and customer requests

  • Organize and stage samples for shipping and delivery

  • Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before packaging

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, order picking, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
