This is a mentorship-driven, educational sales role. You are paid to learn and to have conversations. Your daily work involves a mix of structured training and real-world application: talking to business owners in the Dallas area, learning to identify their challenges, and introducing the potential of AI. You succeed by being curious, coachable, and consistently following our proven process. We will train you to become a business journalist, an interviewer, and a process consultant. You will learn to find the stories, identify the pain, and introduce the solution-which our expert team then delivers.

A Day in the Life: Learning and Growing

• Morning: You start your day with a structured training module, followed by the "Core Loop": having 5+ conversations about AI with local business owners. You then apply your learning by posting insights on LinkedIn, beginning to build your personal brand as a rising AI expert in Dallas.
• Afternoon: You attend a local networking event, like a chamber of commerce meeting or a tech meetup, often alongside your mentor. You learn our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy, which teaches you how to turn casual conversations into valuable content and leads.
• Evening: You assist your mentor in hosting the casual Weekly AI Meetup for the Dallas community, observing how to build a loyal following and a consistent source of leads.
