Skillset:

Qualifications:
• Have extensive knowledge of Rest API and API Gateway, ensuring efficient system integration and data management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microservices and Spring Boot, showcasing the ability to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Exhibit expertise in Java 11, with a proven track record of writing high-quality code.
• Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry developments.

Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservices.
Experience with RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field..

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Java Lead to drive the design and development of scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Apache Kafka, and Microservices architecture, and will lead a team of developers to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
Architect and build microservices that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java
