Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Interns will be trained to complete audit testing on clients in a variety of industries.
  • Interns will build and maintain relationships with Jackson Thornton's clients and team members.
  • Interns will communicate in a clear and effective way, both in person and in writing.
  • Interns will cultivate a professional appearance in attitude, dress, and conduct.
  • Interns will posses strong attention to detail and strong personal time management skills.
Requirements:
  • Actively seeking or have completed an accounting undergraduate or Masters degree.
  • Completed Intermediate Accounting I & II at time of internship.
  • Desire to obtain the CPA license.
  • Available to work 30-40 hours per week in Dothan office.
  • Available to travel to clients as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States after graduation.
