Job Title: Oracle ERP/EPM Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle ERP/EPM Consultant to support a large-scale commercial transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and/or EPM solutions, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact results across financial and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP and/or EPM modules based on business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute system configurations
  • Manage integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems
  • Perform end-to-end functional tasks, including testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support
  • Provide subject matter expertise in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation
  • Support business users during monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor Oracle quarterly updates, evaluate impacts, and implement necessary changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues efficiently
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specs, user guides, and training materials

    Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and/or Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS)
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices in a commercial business environment
  • Proficiency with tools such as Smart View, FRS, Data Management, and BI Publisher
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience managing or participating in full lifecycle implementations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Oracle certifications in ERP or EPM Cloud are a plus
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Experience in commercial industries such as manufacturing, retail, or technology
  • Previous experience working on large transformation or cloud migration projects
