This team is heading up an Asana implementation as they move away from SmartSheets. They are seeking an in-house SME to advocate for the company's best interest during the implementation and to assist after go-live.

  • Asana is a workforce management platform that will take a user through a series of questions as they go through the project intake process, then the tool will evaluate the project to determine level of effort, assess team's bandwidth and automatically assign ownership of the project.

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team is implementing Asana as a workforce management platform and moving away from SmartSheets as their primary project management tool. Asana will complete the implementation, but the team is looking to bring knowledge in-house to help with knowledge transfer, answering questions, leadership discussions optimal usage as well as enhancements to improve processes specific to the company.
