Commercial HVAC Project Technician

A high-level mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, values professionalism, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
We’re looking for someone who can install and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment efficiently and effectively - all while living out our core values: Treat People Well, Do the Right Thing, and Run a Great Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Communicate clearly and positively with clients, coworkers, and vendors
- Complete daily reports and keep the project team informed - no surprises
- Deliver high-quality work that results in zero call-backs
- Build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Use technology to enhance performance and communication
- MIMIMUM 5 Years of HVAC Experience - REQUIRED
- Experience with installing and servicing:
- Packaged/Split DX units (air & water cooled)
- Chillers, Pumps, Towers, Boilers
- Control Systems, VAV Boxes
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Drivers License with clean record. and proof of Insurance
- Must be able to understand service agreements, and warranty agreements
