Maintenance Technician

We're seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team and keep our high-efficiency paint line operations running at top performance. This Paint Line Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, direct hire position with excellent pay, a steady 12-hour night shift schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $35.77/hr
- After 3 Months: $36.49/hr
- After 1 Year: $37.20/hr
- Shift Differential: +$1/hr for night shift
- Shift: 12-hour night shift
- Full-time, direct hire Maintenance Technician position with a stable, industry-leading company

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred for Maintenance Technicians
- 5+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician maintaining large production equipment
- Experience maintaining automated paint line systems and related equipment
- Familiarity with ABB robots; FANUC experience is a plus for Maintenance Technicians
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Proven troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime in the Maintenance Technician role
- Basic computer skills and maintenance documentation experience
- As a Paint Line Maintenance Technician, perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on paint line equipment and auxiliaries
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce downtime in the Maintenance Technician role
- Maintain and update maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
- Supervise external contractors during maintenance and repair projects
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives as a Maintenance Technician
- Support training efforts for other Maintenance Technicians
- Participate in equipment setup, tuning, and improvement projects
