Description

• Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited curriculum

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Rehabilitation Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
