Description
U.S. Field Team Coordinator
Purpose: To support the growth of the Global Leadership Summit through coordination and care for GLS Host Site Event Managers and Promotional Strategists, coordination of sponsor contracts and marketing assets, in addition to facilitating the Field Director's new host site onboarding.
Global Leadership Network (GLN) is a nonprofit organization located in South Barrington, Illinois. Our purpose is to introduce more people to Jesus and fully follow Him. We accomplish this by serving pastors and equipping churches in order to inspire Kingdom-oriented leaders around the world through the Global Leadership Summit and other leadership development resources.
The Global Leadership Summit is attended by 60,000+ leaders in 400 sites (primarily churches) throughout the United States. The Summit is translated into 50+ languages and held in over 800 sites in 110 countries reaching over 240,000 international leaders from September to April.

Salary Description: The hourly rate for this position is between $19.20 to $24.00 depending on experience and skill set.
Hybrid Work Schedule: This position currently has a hybrid schedule which includes working in the office Tuesday through Thursday for two scheduled Core Weeks each month and the option to work from home or in the office on Mondays, Fridays, and Tuesday through Thursdays during non-Core Weeks. Proximity to our South Barrington, IL office is desirable.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support assigned Field Directors' prospective Host Site efforts, sending agreements, and performing the onboarding processes.
- Resource Event Managers and Promotional Strategists with prompt "extra mile" service providing direction and seizing interactions to encourage engagement in best practices for each role.
- Help with account creation and editing
- Facilitate registration changes as needed
- Maintain Summit Partner and Summit View 6+ communication as directed
- Weekly review new entries in Summit View 6+ registrations and complete the onboarding steps for these groups regarding registration links, reports and GLN marketing vault links in a timely manner
- Develop communication strategy to encourage registration growth with these groups before SEB, EB and 10 days out
- Record Bi-weekly the Summit Partner #'s and provide report to USFT
- Coordinate with Host Site Training Manager for USFT Collateral needs
- Submit all collateral and video needs into Monday.com
- Review all collateral upon return from marketing for accuracy and post on Summit Central
- Prompt Marketing for upcoming deadlines on collateral needs.
- Coordinate with SVP of Church and Market Engagement for Sponsorship needs
- Submit all collateral and video needs into Monday.com
- Manage sponsorship contract process including invoicing needs with finance.
- Coordinate communication and projects with sponsors and marketing.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the position's manager.
- Support training events as directed
- Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with manager, team meetings, all-staff meetings, and cross-functional meetings, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High capacity for managing multiple priorities, planning & executing tasks
- Keen sense for detail, organization, and proficient at optimizing work processes
- Self-starter and able to work independently due to staff team remote work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, instills trust, and are effective at working collaboratively with others
- Associate degree (preferred)
- Fluent in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Salesforce, Brushfire familiarity a plus
- 2-3 years' experience in marketplace or non-profit arena
- A vital relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and an active participant of a local church that holds to a historic, orthodox understanding of biblical Christianity
