About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to join our law office team in Denver. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment while supporting the smooth operation of the firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
- Schedule client appointments, consultations, and conference rooms
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, legal documents, and deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies and ensure reception and common areas are organized
- Uphold client confidentiality and maintain a professional image at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a law office or professional services setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
