As an Analyst Program System 1, you will:
- Responsible for system administration, hardware support, software support, maintenance, security, programming, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Responsible for documenting and developing procedures.
- Provides analytical support and reports for various projects, programs and portfolios to project managers, program/project team leaders and other internal and external stakeholders assigned
- Utilizes the SAP system for research, analysis and report writing.
- Handles multiple work assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
- Track and monitor financial and operational metrics for management.
- Maintains and enhances systems as required to support operations.
- Identifies improvements in existing processes needed to increase the level of efficiency.
- Collaborate with management in managing financial efficiency.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Performs system administration duties of various software platforms and applications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Math, the Natural Sciences, or other quantitative field from an accredited university or related field from an accredited university OR Related area; proven working experience may be used in lieu of degree
- Relative experience in program/project management for Operational Units.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
- Knowledge of programmer/analyst experience in a field supporting and providing financial and operational solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, electronic mail, and scheduling.
- Experience as a programmer/analyst in field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25- $30per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
