Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will support commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You'll work closely with escrow officers, lenders, real estate professionals, and clients to facilitate commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ssist in opening, processing, and closing commercial escrow files.
  • Prepare and review title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documents.
  • Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title officers to ensure compliance with escrow and closing requirements.
  • Manage deposits, disbursements, and reconciliation of escrow funds.
  • Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title reports, liens, and encumbrances.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly executed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, or a related field (commercial real estate preferred).
  • Familiarity with commercial escrow procedures, title policies, and real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in SoftPro, ResWare, Qualia, or similar escrow software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
