Job Details

VIT & EP Tech needed asap-Associate's degree or higher required.-ONE of the following: --Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with an emphasis in a primary cardiovascular specialty.--Graduate of a JRCERT accredited educational program with an emphasis in radiologic technology.--Completion of a Paramedic training program.-AHA BLS.-Must meet applicant eligibility requirements and published standards for ARRT Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) within 12 months of hire date.OR -Successful completion of Paramedic training program achieved within 12 months of hire date.Based on specific assignment, skill in applying principles of cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology, medical imaging, medical terminology, positioning of patients, and medical ethics.-Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions

must be able to consistently and dependably report to work as scheduled.-Ability to be sensitive to patients' physical and psychological needs.-Ability to maintain accurate records and work accurately with names, numbers, and codes.-Ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.-Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information and exercise sound judgment.-Must be able to multi-task and remain calm in stressful situations.-Must possess ability to understand various operations, policies, and procedures.-Ability to work and communicate with staff, patients and their families, and meet their needs in a professional, polite, courteous, compassionate, and cooperative manner.-Must display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.-Ability to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate attention to detail.-Core knowledge and understanding of normal and abnormal anatomy and physiology

cardiovascular and/or radiologic technologies and terminology associated with the primary specialty for which hired and credentialed.-Ability and skill to apply core-level primary specialty theory, practices and techniques to perform, post-process, analyze and annotate study data or procedure documentation with general supervision or assistance.

Required Qualifications

Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience: 1 year Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

CERT-ARRT- VI(Copy needed)

CV-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed) AND Electrophysiology Tech, EP Lab Experience: 1 year SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Associate's degree or higher required. -ONE of the following: --Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with an emphasis in a primary cardiovascular specialty. --Graduate of a JRCERT accredited educational program with an emphasis in radiologic technology. --Completion of a Paramedic training program.
