Job Description:

We Are Seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in test script creation, system testing, and quality assurance practices. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems are designed, implemented, and validated to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, validate system designs, and ensure testing processes are thorough, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Requirements Analysis & Documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and coordinate with business users to validate solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects; partner with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure testing processes comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and quality assurance resources.
• Facilitate workshops, system walkthroughs, and review sessions with stakeholders.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test scripts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
