Now Hiring: Administrative & Accounting Support Specialist - Tyler, TX (Downtown Tyler)
Starting Pay: $18-$24 DOE

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join a growing team in downtown Tyler. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of accounting support, administrative duties, and light sales interaction.

Position Overview:
This role provides daily support in basic accounting functions, customer coordination, and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with numbers, and confident communicating with customers and team members.

What We're Looking For:
  • Solid accounting knowledge (AP/AR, basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Great communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Some sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
  • A self-starter who can stay organized, prioritize tasks, and keep things running smoothly
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Onsite in downtown Tyler
