The HIV Medicine Clinic NP Nurse Practitioner will report to a Director of Infectious Diseases and collaborate daily with board-certified HIV physicians, friendly nurses, clinical pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, social workers, and case managers who reflect a diverse, team-based model of care. The HIV Medicine Clinic NP Nurse Practitioner will manage a dedicated outpatient panel, lead comprehensive assessments, initiate and optimize antiretroviral therapy, deliver PrEP/PEP services, coordinate STI screening and treatment, champion adherence counseling and same-day starts, interpret diagnostics, and contribute to quality improvement, population health, EMR optimization, and evidence-based protocols that keep care timely and patient-centered.
