Our team is on the lookout for seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to step into the role of Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment from the initial intake to final placement.
- Partner with Clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs, cultural fit, and challenges.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing techniques with our proprietary CRM/ATS and your personal network combined with our innovative communications tools.
- Maximize Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, streamline outreach, automate follow-ups, ensuring you stay well-organized.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide longstanding value for clients while generating significant commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to bolster both our brand and yours.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
- A solid understanding of healthcare is ideal, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
- Skilled in managing client relationships and adept at securing offers.
- Confident in using ATS/CRM systems-training will be provided for our tools.
