Job Description:
- Speech Therapy Services: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students throughout the 25-26 School Year.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language deficits.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic progress and social-emotional well-being.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor students' progress, collect data, and adjust therapy strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Updated resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- Proficient understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
