Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Provide clear, concise written and verbal communication to customers and internal teams.
• Proofread and prepare accurate documentation while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely responses and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, minimal grammatical/spelling errors, and strong time-management abilities.
• Positive, warm, and helpful attitude with strong listening skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable asking questions when needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
