Location: St. Louis, MO (travel to job sites required)
Base Salary: $170K-$190K + Annual Discretionary Bonus
Travel Per Diem: $5,000/month (if applicable)
Car Allowance: $770/month + Gas Card

Are you a seasoned leader in electrical construction who thrives on managing complex projects, developing people, and driving operational excellence? We're seeking a Project Director to lead multiple project teams across regional and national job sites. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong balance of field expertise, financial oversight, and client-facing leadership.

As Project Director, you'll take full ownership of project delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with both the field and executive leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and growth strategy. This is a high-visibility role with the freedom to lead and the support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multiple large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through completion

  • Own all aspects of financial performance, including profit and loss responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent union field experience

  • Minimum of 10 years leading major construction projects with a strong electrical focus

  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, safety programs, and construction operations

  • Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Willingness to travel to job sites and the St. Louis office as needed
