As a Home Care Physical Therapist (PT) at Trinity Health at Home and Mercy Home Health, you'll deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program

• Active PT license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience
