Document Imaging Clerk – Business Process Outsourcing

As a Rescan Processor at Conduent, you will support high-volume digital transaction processing for government and commercial clients. You’ll capture, rescan, and verify documents using scanning equipment and workflow software, ensuring image quality, accuracy, and proper indexing. Responsibilities include monitoring queues, resolving exceptions, following strict security and compliance procedures, and meeting daily productivity and quality targets. You’ll collaborate with operations and technical teams, follow SOPs, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
