As a Restaurant Host/Hostess – Ulana, you welcome guests, manage reservations and walk-ins, and guide parties to clean, properly set tables. You help organize seating for groups, keep menus and the host stand tidy, and monitor the dining room for availability, service flow, and guest well‑being. You follow safety and security procedures, maintain a polished, professional appearance, use clear, courteous communication, and support the restaurant team with other front‑of‑house tasks as needed.
