Join Lamar Advertising Company as a Billboard Construction Crew Member and help build and maintain the outdoor structures behind high-visibility advertising campaigns. In this field-based construction role, you’ll install, remove, and repair billboard faces and structures, operate bucket trucks and aerial equipment, and perform routine inspections and maintenance in a variety of weather conditions. Working on a small, safety-focused crew, you’ll follow strict safety and fall‑protection practices while reading work orders and using hand and power tools to complete projects on time and to quality standards. Lamar offers the stability of a long‑tenured team, strong community ties, and the opportunity to grow a long-term career in the advertising industry from the ground up, directly supporting our customers’ campaigns across the market.
