Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to provide coordinated care for patients, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans are executed effectively. Work alongside the internal support team to streamline operations and enhance patient experiences, requiring effective communication skills and adaptability. After completing thorough training, take the initiative to manage your own patient caseload, conducting evaluations and providing follow-up care. Assist in performing dermatological surgeries, ensuring proper protocols are followed, and provide attentive post-operative care and guidance to patients. Engage in additional assigned duties, which may include administrative tasks, patient education, and participation in team meetings aimed at improving service delivery.
